The philosophy of Life.

Dont'cha just loveeeeeee GRATIS?!
The job I used to work for...yes key word (used) to work for was kind of like a Sephora. It carried many greats brands such as Bare Minerals, Urban Decay, Stila, Too faced, Laura Geller, Sue Devitt, Benefit, Philosophy, T3 and much much more. I left work because of school, yes I told you because sure enough you were thinking "why would she leave such a cool jobbbbb?! sajsdhjhddhhshfdkj". Yeah Yeah, shut it. I love makeup and being a makeup artist, but a girls gotta work on her school okay. All right enough ranting, lets get to the good stuff. I was kindly sent some lovely products by the Philosophy vendors, thank you ladies =)

I've written what I think about this product on the bottom.

Has a nice "just got out of the shower clean" scent

Definitely don't recommend shampooing your hair with this if you tend to get an oily scalp, for shower gel and bubble bath, its perfect <3 The smell is so yummy.

Have to admit, I might pass this on to my mom. I feel that my skin might be to sensitive.

I was not sent the item in the last two pictures, but it is a part of my daily skincare routine. Highly recommend it for people with normal to oily skin. It does not make the skin oily throughout the day and is "water resistant". I really like the philosophy one-step facial cleaner. I am breaking out a lot these days, and this is just a simple gentle cleanser that takes all the impurities out! I wish I was sent some of the mangoes and cream products hehe jk. But on the real, the stuff is crack in a bottle. The scent of Mangoes and Cream is just fruity heaven!

What are some of you're favorite philosophy products?

Met Gala Hits and Misses.

I was very excited to see this years Met Gala outfits. Here are some of my personal picks for Hits and Misses.

Hits

I actually really liked Carey Mulligan's Prada ensemble. Fish scales in the space age.

Ed Westick....mmm.

Hilary Swank looking absolutely gorgeous in a Michael Kors creation.

I love January Jones style, she can never do wrong.

I will be biased and say this; its Lana, so its perfect. Lookin' vampy in a Joseph Altuzzara dress

Sexy vampire (yes she's a vampire now) Nina Dobrev in a gorg Donna Karan dress

The lovely Paula Patton in a pretty pale pink Vera Wang gown.

Riri in a sexy, yet sophisticated Tom Ford creation

This woman is perfection. Rosie Huntington Whitely in a figure hugging Burberry dress

Solange looking cheerful in a bright and sunny Rachel Roy dress

One of my fav looks of the night. The simple yet timeless and elegant, Amy Adams. Looking flawless in a Giambattista Valli gown

Katherine Mcphee who stars in my current fav show (smash), was a Smash herself with the color trend of the season (tangerine) dress by Elie Saab gown

Scar Jo looked like a run-away princess in her Dolce and Gabbana dress and unkept locks

Rachel and model Karolina Kurkova looked smashing in Rachel Zoe designs.
Have to be honest though, Kate Moss rocked the turban better (from 2009 I believe...)

Cate Blanchett can dress for her age, loved this Alexander McQueen dress

Gerard Butler looking cool and classy in a Alexander McQueen Tux

Gwyenth Paltrow taking risks (that work) at the Met Gala. Love her style!

One of my favorites of the night, Ivanka Trump looking fashion forward in her gorgeous cut out Peter Pilotto Gown.

Jessica Alba looking absolutely glamorous in gold with the designer of the dress (Michael Kors) happily standing behind her.

Three dapper dudes. Can't get enough of the Jo Bro's

Leighton Meester had to be one of my top three favorites of the night. She looked absolutely radiant in this Marchesa confection

Sofia Vergara in a curvaceous Marchesa Dress

Misses

Oh anja....why?

Really disappointed in the high fashion model Coco Rocha...was expecting something over the top haute couture gown.

I'm not a fan of the way Dakota dresses, here's a reason why

I applaud Elizabeth Banks for taking a risk, unfortunately this one didn't work out.

Not a big fan of this dress on Lily Collins

Shailene is such a pretty girl, I don't understand who keeps putting her in these old/granny looking dresses?

Oh Chloe..tis all I can say.

Beautiful dress Christina is wearing, unfortunately she is not wearing the dress. The dress is wearing her.

I think Jessica Chastain has a beautiful body, but this dress just didn't show it off so well.

I really do like this dress, but maybe more suitable for a movie set.

Mary Mary.

I just wish she didn't wear the gold cuffs, and then maybe it would look all right.
